OUR
MINISTRIES
Depending on people's different stages of life, we have appropriate ministries and fellowships at our church. On top of following ministries, we also have multiple small groups for different geographic locations such as Alameda, Oakland, Walnut Creek, and Concord area. We believe that everyone who attends our church should plug in some kind of small group where we learn to love and serve each other.
We also organize summer and winter camp every year where we go to the nature for a couple of days to worship God, study His word, and have fun with our families and friends.
Youth Ministry (InterHigh)
Every Sunday, InterHigh volunteers from Gracepoint Church come to our church to provide a Sunday program for middle school and high school students. The program includes a youth-friendly message, small group discussion, and fun activities or games.
Women's Ministry
We have two different women's groups based on age and they meet after the Sunday worship service to go through a book or just drink a Mongolian milk tea and chat with each other.
Marriage Ministry
In 2019, we started a workshop for all our married couples to strengthen their relationship with each other and get Biblical understanding on origin and purpose of marriage. This workshop has been great blessing and many husbands and wives had powerful testimonies.
Children's Ministry
We want to partner with families in raising up the next generation Christ-seeking and Christ-glorifying children. Our teachers strive to create an environment where your children are heard, safe, loved and encouraged. We study God’s word, learn how to pray and worship.
There are currently three classes: from age one to two, age two to five, and first to fifth grade.
Young Adults Ministry
Every Sunday after the worship service, our young adults aged between 18 and 30 fellowship with each other to discuss either that day's sermon or our dreams and aspirations. Then we play basketball in our church backyard or go drink boba.
Men's Ministry
Our men consist of various age groups and backgrounds but we all share same goal of glorifying Christ in our single or married lives, career, and everything we do. We fellowship after the Sunday service and once a year we do men's retreat.
